Title: Technician
Description:
The successful candidate's duties include but is not limited to:
- Follow direction of senior supervisors and sales
- Assemble server & workstation systems
- Perform hardware & software testing on assembled systems
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year working experience
- Knowledge in PC hardware and basic OS installation
- Must be detail oriented and follow instruction well
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- A+ certification is a plus
Title: IT Engineer (Information Technology Specialist)
Description:
Major focus on providing technical support to Customers and Sales Engineers, in-house technicians, and employees. ITS (Information Technology Specialist) will also contribute technical expertise with knowledge to Sales team in seeking new business opportunities and maintaining customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Work closely with Sales team and Customers to resolve technical software and/or hardware problems by email and/or telephone
- Provide technical support to customer and hands-on troubleshooting to propose solution(s) to resolve issue(s)
- Provide feedback/advices to Sales team, Customers and Decision Maker of the Company in regards to technical/quality problems of vendors’ and suppliers’ product(s)
- Have a good understanding of firmware, drivers, OS Applications and their interaction, coordinate with vendors to provide solution or recommendation
- to Customer. Such as Compile driver, OS Kernel version recommendation and introduce user interfaces to Customer
- Work cross-department to ensure Customer’s time line schedule and satisfactions
- Experiment new hardware devices with Firmware, Driver, Linux, and Windows and virtualization platform, and provide performance result to Sales team for reference
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple job tasks, and capable to work remotely at customer site
- Work amicably with colleagues, e.g., CLEAR COMMUNICATIONS and Coordination with others
- Have a good manners and professional respond when replying to customer’s email
Education Background
- 1 year at lease customer support, computer related HW and SW Associated Degree must require
- Linux and Window knowledge base Must

- Maintaining customer relationships
- Remain up to date on current market trends, and adapt to future ones
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of computer server industry
- Sales personality (amiable but persistent)
- Extensive knowledge of server hardware and pricing
- Willing to travel
- Experience in sales a plus
